Excitement at the Local New-cue-ler Plant

I thought all of you Navy nuclear energy people that read this would like this story. How would you like to rely on security guards and fat county sheriffs for protection of your nuclear facility rather than fat security guards and DOD police…. uh… never mind, actually.
That plant is a few miles north of where I grew up. I’m sure the the excitement of a possible terrorist attack was the most excitement the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department has had since my brother threw an underage beer party in clear view of the road and they brought in 8 cars to break it up. (I have no idea where he got the beer.)
Or maybe since they thought my brother and his friends had real semi-automatic rifles in their car, rather than toys. (My brother tended to piss off the Manitowoc County authorities since his girlfriend lived in Two Rivers, whereas I was more into harassing the Sheboygan City and County cops.)
