(I’m a little bit filthy Irish, too. My wife and kids are even more than I am. We thought about corned beef and cabbage too late, so we’ll have it tomorrow night. My wife and I did down some Guinness, though.)

Sweet. I decided to try cb & c late night at around 5. Three hours later, it reinforced what I’ve come to realize – I rule in the kitchen! It turned out great, even though I had only a fuzzy idea what I was doing. But it seems that’s how I do my best work. I’ve been enjoying Guiness for about a week and topped it off with a Bailey’s shot last night. Awesome.
